Here we have a 60's Silvertone Model 1444 Bass (made by Danelectro) in very good condition. Please note the cosmetic wear on the front of the body, and the checking on the finish. The body is mosrite and pine, and is a double-cutaway shape with a black lacquer finish. The neck is made of poplar and has a scale length of 29 3/4." The fretboard is rosewood with a long 22-fret neck and a 1.72" nut width. There's a single lipstick pickup in the neck, and a volume and tone control. This bass has been set up by our in-house luthier and is ready for the stage/recording!
