The 2021 Gibson L-00 in Vintage Sunburst is a beautifully built acoustic guitar that pays homage to Gibson’s storied legacy of small-bodied acoustics. Featuring a Sitka spruce top paired with mahogany back and sides, this model delivers a crisp, mid-focused tone with excellent projection—perfect for blues, folk, or fingerstyle playing.
The mahogany neck is topped with a rosewood fingerboard, offering easy playability up and down the neck. A comfortable 12" fingerboard radius and nut width of 1.725" make it an inviting guitar for both seasoned players and newcomers alike. The rosewood bridge complements the guitar’s warm, articulate tonal character.
Outfitted with original Gibson-branded tuners and the factory-installed LR Baggs VTC Element pickup system with a rich natural tone when amplified. The original pickguard has been removed for a cleaner aesthetic, and the action is set at a comfortable 2.00 mm at the 12th fret. This guitar comes with its original hard-shell case.
This guitar has been setup by our in-house luthier, and is ready for the stage/studio! Make note of the small scratches on the headstock around the tuners as well as the minor finish imperfection on the back, pictured above.
