The 1968 Fender "Drip Edge" Vibrolux Reverb is a true classic, known for its lush reverb and distinctive tremolo, all wrapped in the iconic “Drip Edge” design. This amp is an all-original example, retaining its vintage charm while benefiting from some key restorations to ensure it performs at its best.
 
The amp has been repaired by our technician, including the replacement of leaking electrolytic capacitors to ensure reliability and longevity. The AC cable has been replaced with a modern 3-prong cable, and the dangerous death cap has been removed for safety. The damaged lamp socket has also been replaced, and the heater wiring has been upgraded with an artificial center tap for improved functionality. Additionally, multiple broken solder connections have been repaired to ensure optimal performance. The tubes have been tested and are in good working condition, ready to provide that signature Fender tone.
